Our rates start at £20/hour. We believe the people who maintain our standard deserve to be paid well for it. Our rates reflect the skill, effort and attention to detail that a Sprucely reset demands, and there are no surprises.

Your pay is agreed and guaranteed before the job even starts, and processed the same day your Photo Audit is submitted. No waiting until the end of the week, no chasing invoices.

We value your time: Every job includes an additional hour of paid time for your property check and photo audit.

Fully Flexible

There are no minimum hours, no fixed schedule, and no obligation to take jobs.

As bookings come in across Hull and the East Riding area, you choose the ones that work for you.

What You'll Need

To partner with Sprucely you'll need your own professional-grade cleaning equipment and transport to reach properties across the area. Most importantly, you'll need a consistently high standard of work. Beyond that, all you need is a smartphone.

At the end of every reset, you'll complete a simple Photo Audit through your phone, which forms the basis of the client's Evidence Pack and triggers your payment.

If you can clean to a professional standard and document it clearly, we'll handle everything else.

How It Works

We match the job to you with an agreed price and hours estimate.

You carry out the clean to our 50-Point Protocol, complete a simple Photo Audit through your phone, and submit it when you're done.

4.

We handle everything else: the client, the paperwork, the Evidence Pack. You get paid the same day.

What makes this different

When you complete a Sprucely reset, you don't just leave a clean property, you document it with photo evidence. We use your photos to create a certified, timestamped Evidence Pack. This document showcases the quality of the clean (AIIC standard) and the state of the property, all presented professionally to the client as part of the service.
