- Property Details: The full address for service delivery.
- Payment Data: Processed securely via Stripe/Acuity; we do not store full credit card details on our servers.
- Digital Evidence: As part of our signature service, we collect 15 high-resolution, time-stamped photos of the property upon completion.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information specifically to:
- Fulfill our contractual cleaning and "Audit-Ready" reset obligations.
- Deliver the 15-Photo Digital Audit directly to your inbox within 2 hours of completion.
- Validate our 72-Hour Re-Clean Promise should an inventory clerk flag a cleanliness issue.
- Ensure all work meets the AIIC guidelines and our internal 50-point protocol.
3. The 15-Photo Audit & Data Retention
The digital evidence we collect is for the sole purpose of deposit protection.
- Storage: Photos are stored in a secure, encrypted cloud environment.
- Retention: We typically retain audit photos for 6 months to cover the duration of standard tenancy deposit disputes, after which they are permanently deleted unless requested otherwise.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We only share necessary details with:
- Service Partners: Our vetted cleaners receive the property address and specific reset requirements.
- Legal Authorities: Only if required by UK law or to protect our legal rights during a deposit dispute.
